Version of [INSERT date]. This document is a public offer by [INSERT the full legal name of the church organisation], registration number [INSERT number], address: [INSERT address] (the “Provider”) to any person (the “Learner”) to enter into an agreement for access to paid online courses on the One Academy platform on the terms below.
The Provider gives the Learner access to the materials of the chosen paid course (or bundle of courses) on the site for the period shown on the course page, and the Learner pays for that access. Courses are recorded materials for self-study; live sessions are included only when the course description says so.
The agreement is made when the Learner pays for an order on the site. By paying, the Learner confirms they have read and accept this offer, the Terms of use and the Privacy policy.
Access opens in the learner’s account as soon as the payment is confirmed. The access period (for example 30, 90, 180 or 365 days, or unlimited) is shown on the course page and counts from the day of payment. We remind you before access ends. Access can be given to someone else as a gift.
The Provider gives access as paid for and answers questions about the course. The Provider may update course materials without making them worse. The Learner does not share access with others and does not distribute course materials.
The Provider is not liable for outages caused by the Learner’s internet provider or equipment, or by force majeure. If the site was unavailable through the Provider’s fault for more than [INSERT, e.g. 3 days in a row], the access period is extended by that time.
This agreement is governed by the law of [INSERT country, e.g. the Kingdom of Thailand]. The Provider may change this offer; changes do not affect orders already paid. Send claims to [INSERT email]; we answer within 10 business days.
